Energy Healing Aftercare
Energy healing may feel subtle, yet it can be very potent. A self-care routine following your session will help you to integrate the high frequency energy and quicken the body’s detoxification process.
Drink LOTS of water, eat healthy.
Get lots of sleep and rest. Keep a journal.
Detox with an epsom salt bath or foot soak.
Exercise and interact with nature.

Should you experience exacerbated symptoms – intense emotions, irritability, muscle soreness, nausea, headaches, dizziness, digestive upset, or stomach aches for example, know that this is a normal and temporary part of your healing cycle. These symptoms indicate that a very deep level of healing is underway as your body releases accumulated toxins, old emotions, and outdated patterns. Apply the self-care routine above to integrate the high frequency energy and detoxify faster. Journaling about your experience can be very helpful for processing your thoughts and emotions, as is speaking with a counsellor should deeper feelings arise.

Your Wellness Plan
It is very common to feel shifts after just one energy session, but full healing of long established blocks or patterns can take time (and additional healing sessions) to fully release. I highly recommend allowing a 2-3 days for your body to adjust to your new frequency and for your mind to process any insights you have received. During that time follow the self care tips above.
To best support your personal growth and quality of life, I suggest regular Craniosacral or Reiki healing sessions, weekly for chronic patterns, and monthly for maintaining a healthy balance.
Energy Insights may bring to light unconscious patterns, guiding you towards further self exploration following a session. As such, I recommend waiting at least 2 weeks to 1 month before your next reading.
